These great folks came out very fast, showed me what was wrong, fixed it quickly, charged a great price, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The plumbing is singing! I am a senior citizen that was searching for a honest and affordable company to help me with a emergency plumbing situation. All drains clogged because of damaged pipe under the house. I called a few companies but chose Mr. Rooter because of the customer service I received. All personnel at the company that I ended up dealing with treated me well and wanted to help me out. It ended up being a major job in which Fernando and Richard spent many hours under my house until they got the job done. Both Fernando and Richard went beyond great service. As you can imagine I was very stressed out with this emergency situation. Both Fernando and Richard stayed late in the day to finish as well as came back the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. They treated me like family. By the end of the day I had relationships from management to labor before the job was done. I would highly recommend this company because of the great service they provided as well as the work which ended up putting everything back on track. Wesley, Manager, Frank and Marcos worked as a team, were very cordial, respectful and considerate, explained every step plus cost of what needed to be done. They answered all our questions and kept us informed of the the process during the repair. They kept a tidy work area, used tarps. After they completed each project they cleaned and removed any and all debris/parts. Wesley, Frank, and Marcos thank you for having pride by your performance .... job well done! We had a water leak that was damaging our house as well as our neighbors home. Our home owners warranty did not cover leak detection and our neighbors plumber couldn’t find anything when he inspected both houses. We called Mr. Rooter of Riverside late evening and they were here within an hour! Carlos P. was the technician and was very friendly and professional. He quickly set up his gear and got to work. Within minutes he found the leak and also answered every single question I had about plumbing without hesitation. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooters plumbing to any friends or family. This company handles all aspects professionally. Their dispatch, scheduling, and technicians are all in sync. They keep you updated throughout the service call. They came for clogged drainage caused by a pool cleaning company. Richard A. (technician) was thorough, professional, and very caring helping us cope with the stress of the repairs needed. Thanks to the detailed documentation provided for the repairs done, we were able to seek reimbursement for the damages caused by the other company. Thanks to the entire crew and especially to technician Richard for his caring service.

This company is amazing, first I had to reschedule a couple of time due to health, but it was no problem they understood then when Javier came out he was polite, courteous and respectful he actually took his time and explained what needed to be done what machines he was going to use and how they operated, just amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Everything cost a lot more now a days, but with this type of work ethics this company will be around a long long time.

The response time and service was top notch. EVEN ON A LABOR DAY HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! Eli came out, assessed the situation, and gave me his professional advice and suggestions. We went on with the job. In a very efficient and timely manner it was completed. Came out again the next day to follow up with camera, and found other potential issues. Service like this here is what it’s about. I highly recommend Mr Rooter plumbing. The technicians that service this 50-year-old house were amazing. Anthony and Tristan were polite courteous and respectful of the property. They provided me with excellent communication and kept me informed of the work they were doing. I couldn't have asked for better technicians to come and service my property. I've used other plumbing services in the past, but I will never be using them again. Anthony and Tristan went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for better technicians. This 50 year old property needed special parts to fix the problem and they made sure to gather everything needed for the job. Even if it required running back to the office to get the right parts to do the right job. Anthony and Tristan were amazing and I couldn't have asked for better technicians. A huge thank you to our tech Marcus Guytan who came to install an automatic water shut off device for home insurance purposes. He was polite, professional and explained everything to me before and during the process with the changes that arised during the installation. I am bummed that I couldn’t get the access panel installed, not due to Mr Rooter but because the way our pipe layout was. After Marcus finished the job he cleaned up the area which was nice. I would definitely recommend their services.

Our 20+ year old water heater died on us and had to be immediately replaced. I contacted at least 7 plumbing companies and Mr. Rooter was the only one who had same day availability. Also, the rep told me they did not charge for assessment. Kevin and Noel showed up and once they looked at it, we got a quote and approved the order. There were too many issues with our old tank. The shut off valve was not working at all and water gushed out into the garage (we were fine but poor Kevin was soaked). Also, the water heater tank was too large for its storage (not sure how prior owners managed to fit a 50 gallon tank into storage meant for 40 gallons). Kevin had to cut the gas pipe and faucet pipe (which he fixed later) just to get the tank out. We also had an issue with the outside pressure which he fixed. He did not charge us for the extra repairs. Kevin and Noel worked tirelessly on our water heater from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm, with no break. We offered food and water but they opted to finish the job and cleaned up before leaving. We were very impressed with their work ethic. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this company if you need plumbing work done and hopefully you will get Kevin and Noel who will give you exemplary work! Thank you guys!!!

This is the second time (different problem) I have needed Mr. Rooters help. I called them again because the first time they came I received excellent service. This time was no different. The only thing I can say is they made a mistake and shut off the main water supply of my neighbor and not mine. The neighbor let me know. Other than that I would highly recommend this company. The service men were friendly and very helpful.

I had to have Mr. Rooter come out short notice, (toilets stopped working at midnight on a friday). They were on site by 12:00 on Saturday, cameraed the line and found the blockage. They had us fully functioning Saturday, pending the full fix which required jack hammering the slab and removal sewer pipes and replace. The full repair was completed in only 3 days with only minimal disruption to our bathroom use. Kudos to all the crew members Noah, Richard, Gabriel and Edwin. They all were professional and made sure the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I will be call Mr Rooter for any future plumbing issues.

Huge thank you to Enrique and Josh! Dealing with plumbing issues is never fun and so so stressful. These guys really worked with us and truly went above and beyond to get us situated. No more picking a random plumber or searching for quotes their card is on the fridge. Extremely personable, kind and helpful, they even cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess!! Highly recommend.

Called Mr Rooter Plumbing to come unclog a drain for me that’s been backing up. They came out with in 10 minutes of calling! Meet Enrique Josh and Noel and they advise on how to fix the problem explain every step of the way! The customer service was 20/10! Would high recommend them again. First of all Thank You. I called in for an issue I had in one of my restrooms. I had a tub leak. Tiffany was very helpful. She kept in contact with me about the specialist. Nathan arrived at my house and inspect the restroom. We came out having a leak and a prv issue. Nathan is very kind, respectful, friendly, nice, and very informative. He answered all my questions and he explain everything with details to my husband and me. We were set to work on the next day and he was very punctual. Upon arrival, he started working on the issue and did an amazing job. I’m glad to say we did choose a great plumbing. Thanks to Mr Rooter and of course a huge THANKS to Nathan for everything. I stated out thinking I was calling a different vendor. I almost canceled. Raymond of Mr. Rooter showed up and was very respectful And professional. Once I allowed him to explain the process and I realized he was very knowledgeable, I allowed him to do my repairs. Mr. Rooter’s plumbing company is great! Everything that I needed done got completed incredibly quickly; they explained everything perfectly to me; and they are willing to work on finances and take payments if needed. Nathan was very nice and he did a perfect job. We will be using them again in the future (and requesting Nathan again), and would highly recommend this company.

What started out as a simple main line cleaning turned into a main line replacement . All the guys that worked on this week long project were both professional and personable . Each member of the team took great care to make sure my two senior dogs were safe by closing gates at all times . I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue at my home, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. I had been dealing with a toilet that wouldn’t flush correctly for almost a year and had tried everything. I finally removed the toilet and saw I had roots the size of a small tree growing out of hole. I immediately called Mr Rooter for help. Their service technician, Enrique was not only punctual but also very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and brought back Adam the next morning. They were awesome at finding where the roots were coming in from and had their crew out that day. Javier was awesome. He literally found the “root” of the problem and efficiently fixed it. Enrique came back the next day to finish installing the new toilet ensuring that everything was working perfectly before leaving. Enrique’s attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service truly impressed me. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.

Jovanny Varela was an awesome plumber he came in gave me my options and all the details of the work he can do he even made sure I understood my financing options to make sure that I wasn’t worried about the payment. I had several companies come out to try and light my heater. They could not fix the problem and told me I needed to buy a new heater for anywhere from $5000-$13000. Mr Rooter came in did a diagnostic, found the problem and repaired my heater. It only cost me $90. They are honest, upfront and provide excellent service. I recommend calling them first. You won’t regret it

Matt & Mr Rooter in Victorville saved us from having to cancel our thanksgiving trip! No other company wanted to do the job the day before the major holiday, especially at 5pm (when we called) but thankfully this company was so quick to help us in a time of need. We had a flood in both of our restrooms! Mat arrived 15 minuets from us calling the company. He was so quick to help us with our emergency and get it all situated! & A GREAT PRICE! Jose Ruiz was very professional, helpful and courteous. I would definitely recomend him for any service needed. I was very satisfied with the work he did today....installing two toilets and increasing my water pressure.

The repair team was great. Very efficient, very friendly. The repair was done swiftly and they replaced everything they had to move to it's proper location. The cleanup was done nicely, and they made sure that I was totally satisfied before they left. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their system replaced.

I had a pleasure of having Jared and Kyle come to my home today and work on some plumbing issues. Called at 8 AM, they are arrived before 9AM. Although the job was hefty, they completed it before EOD and left no mess for me to pick up. Both were very professional and easy to work with. I appreciate all the help!

Great experience from the first call to make appointment , the staff was friendly and professional . They kept me informed when the service professional Mr.Jose Ruiz would arrive. He was on time , knowledgeable and professional.He assessed the problem explained my options and took care of business replacing my leaking water heater which was over 32 years old . From start to finish was about 2-1/2 hours in the same day I called. Excellent customer service and support. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing to everyone , they keep that old school level of service excellence.

We had an emergency situation arise with one of our tenants who had a pipe break on the sprinkler system. As a result, they were forced to completely turn their water off. After initially panicking a bit, our worries were immediately put to rest after we called Mr. Rooter. The agent immediately connected us with their Plumbing Service Professional Richard Gutierrez. He was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He also expressed a sincere commitment and sense of urgency with wanting to help us resolve our issue in an affordable manner - which he was able to do within an hour of arriving at our property. We were extremely pleased with Richard’s service and will definitely utilize Mr. Rooter if ever needed in the future because of the awesome experience that we had. We found a leak in our garage underneath a water purifier that I was told was not functioning by another plumber. We needed same day service because my husband found the leak to be getting worse. Mr. Rooter assigned a plumber to come out but he got caught up on another service call, so they assigned Jose R. to come out. Thank goodness for Jose! He explained that the water purifier was indeed working, that is why we never noticed the very hard water in our area. But it was leaking on the back of the unit, it was made by Kenmore so as you can imagine there are no replacement parts available. We were also informed that the leak could burst at any time. It happened to another customer of his. This was the day before July 4 at 5pm in the afternoon so either we waited and prayed it wouldn't burst until Monday. OR Jose installs a brand new system on July 4th. While it did cost more to get the unit replaced on July 4th my husband and I were not willing to wait. Jose called me back about getting the equipment that night and he had to drive all the way to San Bernardino at 6am to get what he needed but he came installed our new water purifier with a 10 year warranty and then he went home to barbecue. Thank you so much Jose!! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Jose R.!!!
